EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
1. ASSISTANT AUDIT OFFICER & ASSISTANT ACCOUNTS OFFICER
a) Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree
b) Desirable Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or cost & Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Masters in Commerce or Masters in Business Studies or Masters in Business Administration (Finance) or Masters in Business Economics
NOTE: During the period of probation direct recruits shall have to qualify the ‘Subordinate Audit Service Examination’ in respective branches for confirmation and regular appointment as Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer.
2. Jr Statistical Officer
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% in Mathematics at 12th standard level
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level
3. ALL OTHER POSTS
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
NOTE-I: For the following posts Computer Proficiency Test has also been prescribed as an essential qualification; and for Tax Assistants, DEST is a must to qualify. Both of these tests are just qualifying.

BACHELOR’S DEGREE FROM A RECOGNIZED UNIVERSITY OR EQUIVALENT
For the post of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police only: Male candidates must possess and also carry a valid Driving License for LMV (Motor cycle and Car) on the date fixed for Physical Endurance and Standard Tests. Otherwise they will not be allowed to undergo Physical Endurance and Standard Tests.

Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree level
OR
Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the degree level

COMMON POINTS FOR ALL EXAMS
NOTE-I
The age limits for competitive examinations held for recruitment by UPSC/SSC etc. in the first half of the year is the first day of January of the year in which the examination is held; and if the examination is held in the second half of the year, the crucial date will be the first day of August of the year in which the examination is held.
If an examination is held in two parts on two different dates of the year, the crucial date for determining the age limits will normally be the 1st of January when both parts of the examination fall in the first half of the year, and when both parts of the examination fall in the second half of the year the crucial date for determining the age limits will be the 1st of August .
It may sometimes happen that due to exigencies of the circumstances an examination, which is normally held during the first half of the year, is shifted to the second half. In such a case, the date of determining the age limits would still be the 1st of January.
NOTE-II
The Degree obtained through open universities/Distance Education Mode needs to be recognized by Distance Education Council, IGNOU. Accordingly, unless such Degrees had been recognized for the period when the candidates acquired the relevant qualification, they will not be accepted for the purpose of Educational Qualification.
NOTE-III
Candidates who have not acquired/will not acquire the educational qualification as on the date of reckoning of the educational qualification given in the advertisement of the exam will not be eligible and need not apply.
NOTE-IV
The candidates who are able to prove by documentary evidence that the result of the educational qualifying examination was declared on or before the cut off date and he/she has been declared passed will also be considered to have met the required educational qualification.

How much time will ssc take to announce final result of CGL-14?? I know it is difficult to say but any idea ??

Around 20 says after the final interview or CPT whichever is later. So you can say the result will be out between 20th Aug to 31st Aug.
