DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION (FOR ALL SSC EXAMS/POSTS)

1. Two passport size recent colour photographs and one original valid Photo ID Proof while appearing for the Document Verification.

Photo ID Proof can be anyone of the following:
a) Aadhaar Card/ Printout of E-Aadhaar
b) Voter ID Card
c) PAN Card
d) Passport
e) Driving License
f) Government School/College ID Card
g) Employer ID (Govt./ PSU)
h) Ex-Serviceman Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defence
i) Any other photo bearing ID Card issued by the Central/ State Government

2. Original as well as the photocopy of the following:

a) Matriculation/Secondary certificate
b) Educational Qualification Certificate

i) Degree in case of the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Exam, or any other exam in which the essential qualification is graduation
ii) 12th pass certificate in case of CHSL (10+2) exam
iii) Order/letter in respect of equivalent Educational Qualifications, indicating the Authority (with number and date) under which it has been so treated, in respect of equivalent clause in Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification.

c) Caste/Category Certificate, if belongs to reserved categories
d) Relevant Certificate if seeking any age relaxation
e) Central Govt/Undertaking Employee Certificate,  and NOC if seeking age relation. (If you are not seeking age relaxation the NOC certificate is not needed.)
f) For Ex-serviceman:

i) Undertaking to be Given by Serving Defence Personnel
ii) 
Serving Defence Personnel Certificate
iii) Discharge Certificate, if discharged from the Armed Forces

g) Persons with Benchmark Disabilities Certificate in the required format, if applicable.

3. A candidate who claims change in name after matriculation on marriage or remarriage or divorce, etc. the following documents shall be submitted:

i) In case of marriage of women: Photocopy of Husband’s passport showing names of spouses or an attested copy of marriage certificate issued by the Registrar of Marriage or an Affidavit from husband and wife along with a joint photograph duly sworn before the Oath Commissioner.

ii) In case of re-marriage of women: Divorce Deed/ Death Certificate as the case may be in respect of first spouse; and photocopy of present husband’s passport showing names of spouse or an attested copy of marriage certificate issued by the Registrar of Marriage or an Affidavit from the husband and wife along with joint photograph duly sworn before the Oath Commissioner.

iii) In case of divorce of women: Certified copy of Divorce Decree and Deed Poll/ Affidavit duly sworn before the Oath Commissioner.

iv) In other circumstances for change of name for both male and female: Deed Poll/ Affidavit duly sworn before the Oath Commissioner and paper cuttings of two leading daily newspaper in original (One daily newspaper should be of the area of applicant’s permanent and present address or nearby area) and Gazette Notification.

4. Any other document specified in the Admission Certificate for Document Verification (DV)

NOTE-I:
A specific certificate of University (NOT COLLEGE) regarding date of declaration of final result will also be accepted if Marks sheet/degree is not having date of declaration of result.

NOTE-II:
OBC certificates should have been issued by the officer of rank of Tahsildar or above. If OBC candidates do not produce OBC certificate in this manner, they will be treated as UR if within age limit, otherwise they will be rejected.

    Maha Sir I do not have admit card in original.what should I do for document verification.I have print out of admit card.The address I mentioned in application form.I have moved from that place before tier 1 exam. Please reply. Thank You

      One does not have to produce the previous admit cards in the documents verification. Now you should show your present address. One’s address doesn’t matter at all.

    sir i am belongs to creamy layer so i can take reservation seat from obc

    sir my 10 ,12, nd graduation certificte from klkata but my obc cerficate from up so can i treated as obc from ssc

      It’s no problem, you are fully eligible for OBC.
