Reliability of vacancies got through RTI from SSC?

Reliability of vacancies got through RTI from SSC?

Can you put some light on the information generated by RTI on number of seats of all department that information is correct or not?

REPLY

  • The information on vacancies sought through RTI from the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) may not be reliable as the vacancy position with the SSC might be old-dated as it’s a possibility that some of the departments may not have sent their latest vacancy-detail of their advertised posts till the date of RTI reply. On the other hand if it’s an RTI reply from a department itself it can never be wrong as every department/organisation is bound to give correct till-date detail of a thing under the RTI rules.
