Ruling on VH candidates in SSC exams

Candidates with blindness, and low vision fall into VH (Visually Handicapped) category. Candidates with visual disability of 40% and more will only be considered as VISUALLY HANDICAPPED and entitled to reservation for VH candidates for the Staff Selection Commission Exams, be it the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Exam, the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level (CHSL) Exam, Civil Services Exam which is conducted by the UPSC, or any other exam conducted by any other recruiting agency, wherever such reservation is available.
