SCHEME OF EXAMINATION OF SI DELHI POLICE & CPO EXAM

1. PAPER-I (Tier-I)

It consists of 200 questions to be attempted in 2 hours. Here is the detail of the examination:

2. Physical Endurance Test (PET)

ENGLISH

  • Questions: 200
  • Each question: 1 mark
  • Time Duration: 2 Hours

4. MEDICAL EXAMINATION

NOTE-I: Negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer both in PAPER-I and PAPER-II.

NOTE-II: The examination will be conducted ON-LINE.

NOTE-III: Marks scored by candidates in online Examination will be normalized and such normalized scores will be used to determine final merit and cut off marks.

NOTE-IV: National Cadet Corps (NCC) certificate holders as on the date of educational qualification will be given bonus marks in Paper-I and Paper-II which will be added to the normalized scores of such candidate as per following scheme:

1. NCC ‘C’ Certificate 10 marks (5% of the maximum marks)
2. NCC ‘B’ Certificate 6 marks (3% of the maximum marks)
3. NCC ‘A’ Certificate 4 marks (2% of the maximum marks)

NOTE-V: Minimum qualifying marks in Paper-I and Paper-II (without adding bonus marks to NCC certificate holders) are as follows:

1. UR 30%
2. OBC / EWS 25%
3. All other categories 20%
