PAPERS & SYLLABUS OF CONFIRMATION EXAM FOR EXAMINER, PO & EXCISE INSPECTOR

For confirmation, after joining the posts of GST/Inspector, Preventive Officer, Examiner, candidates selected through the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Level Exam which is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) they have to pass the Departmental Examination of the Central Board of the Indirect Taxes and Customs when they are on Probation Period.

Without passing this exam their Probation Period does not complete, and thus they cannot be confirmed. Therefore it becomes necessary for them to know the syllabus as well as the papers of the exam, and start their preparation of this exam well in time. This exam is meant only for Group-B posts and not the post of Tax Assistant (TA).
